Refunds or exchanges may only apply where:
- Product was delivered incorrectly
- Delivered a wrong order
- We strictly don’t offer refunds for products that have been opened, incorrect address provided by our customer, customer dissatisfaction due to personal preference and allergic reactions or skin sensitiveness
